CSV import and export

Plan: Pro

Go to WooCommerce > GaugeQuote Pro > Import and export. Import and export work once the licence is active.

Materials

Columns: id, name, thickness, sheetWidth, sheetHeight, pricing (sheet or m2), price, feedSpeed, ratePerMetre, pierceCharge, pierceSeconds, wastePercent. Sizes in mm.

• Export materials (CSV).
• Import: choose update and add, or replace all materials.

Product options

One row per product: product_id, sku, name, enabled (yes or no), set (the option set as JSON), pro (the GaugeQuote Pro settings as JSON).

• Rows are matched by product id, else by SKU.
• Empty cells leave a value as it is.

Rules

• A .csv file of at most 4 MB, saved as UTF-8.
• Materials: nothing is imported when a row is wrong. The message names the line and the column.
• Product options: every correct row is imported. Wrong rows are skipped, and the message lists them by line.
• Cells that a spreadsheet would run as formulas are written with a leading apostrophe.
